At Waterbox Aquariums, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
